Originally from the small, island nation of Sri Lanka, I have called the close-knit community of Westchase, on the outskirts of Tampa, home for the last 20 years. Before relocating to Tampa, my family and I spent a few years in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where I obtained my Master’s degree in Construction Management from Western Michigan University, with several years of civil engineering experience under my belt. Having always been keen on attention to detail, and with a lifetime love of learning, I eventually jumped at the opportunity to explore the real estate field having always been someone regarded as approachable and adept at communicating.
When I have time to spare, I enjoy spending it with my family, whether it be traveling, listening to music, gardening, and staying active in our beautiful, sunny Florida. I truly have a passion for giving back to the community and serving others whenever I can. I have dedicated my time volunteering for organizations whose causes are near and dear to my heart like Feeding America of Tampa Bay, Hillsborough Education Foundation, Metropolitan ministries, various religious organizations in the community ,Bay Care Health System at Mease country side hospital and at Valspar Championship for Copperhead Charities Inc.
